We met with Jenny and she talked us through the next few days. We will get Hannah Joy at 11:30am tomorrow!!! She gave us lots of advice on the transition and the next few days. She answered a lot of our questions about the handoff and instructed us on what they babies are used to. When we got back to our room, it was dark and the lights outside were on on the buildings and around the lake. They were beautiful! The very tall building across from us lit up with a thermometer in both Fahrenheit and Celsius! Then Chris noticed fireworks in the distance. They lasted for about 10 minutes. Then we went to the restaurant downstairs for dinner with Shari and her husband Kevin. The city is beautiful at night; much nicer looking than it was this afternoon with the overcast gloomy drizzle.
