A Precious Waiting Child

A precious little boy has caught my eye and my heart. James at Adoption Associates is 2 years old and his SN is a BIRTHMARK!. His file is due to be returned THIS WEEK!!! I saw him on AGCI's list in 2005 and he STILL waits.

A guy I worked with had a Port Wine Stain in almost the exact same areaas James. He is VERY bright and quite handsome as is James. PLEASE check him out to see if he is your son!http://www.adoptassoc.com/international/waiting_children/index.php?country=China

Orphan Statistics

Inter-country adoption has decreased 59 percent from its high in 2004, due primarily to restrictions by sending countries.
81.5 million Americans have considered adoption. If just 1 in 500 of these adults adopted, every waiting child would have a permanent family.
Every year more than 23,000 children age out of foster care, leaving them without families of their own.
The average waiting child is 7.5 years old.
