At church today, our pastor showed a "world clock" which showed the number of births, deaths, and abortions as they are occurring. What was conspicuously missing was the number of orphans.
So, I am going to attempt to include an "Orphan Clock" on my blog.

Hi,
I have a daughter from Fuzhou and saw your comment from that yahoo site. I was at a Steven Curtis Chapman concert the other night. He is a Christian singer with 3 daughters from China, as well as 3 of his own. He has quite an orphan ministry to plug into has things for churches individuals and you wouldn't have to re invent the wheel. He reported at his concert that every 18 seconds a child is born an orphan or fatherless and had a clock ticking at the concert to show everyone. It is an overwhelming number. Good luck.
