Are you my mother?

This is a familiar line from a children's story, but this is not just a playful story; this is about a child's LIFE.
A precious seven year old girl was met by her prospective parents in China this past week. Unfortunately, for reasons that haven't been disclosed, the parents decided they could not parent this child.

The agency that had made the original match has until TOMORROW to find a new family for this child.

Inter-country adoption has decreased 59 percent from its high in 2004, due primarily to restrictions by sending countries.
81.5 million Americans have considered adoption. If just 1 in 500 of these adults adopted, every waiting child would have a permanent family.
