Ever since we got home, I tell GW "Wan an" (good night) and "Wo ai ni" (I love you) at bed time. Most nights I would get a "Me, too" in return. Tonight, he was working on his English on the computer and he did a great job. I gave him a high five and then held onto his hand. I then pulled him down to me (I was sittin on the couch) and gave him a kiss on the cheek. I then said "Wo ai ni" and he said
"I Love You, Too!"

That is wonderful! Can't wait to hear those words from my boys.
That is wonderful, love following your blog!
I love hearing this about him. He seems so reserved, like one of my boys.
I watch for your updates every day.

I'm so glad to hear that GW is feeling comfortable, happy and safe enough to express that sort of statement to you. How wonderful for him (and you too of course)!
That's awesome, Donna! I remember my ds's first time to say it to me, too!
