Yesterday was a VERY memorable day for TJ. First, he won the Tail of the LizardRoad Race for his age group. Then he had his basketball game.
His team has played their hearts out EVERY game,
but each time, they have come up short.
But not today. Today, they won!

After the game, TJ was having a grand time trying to slam dunk the ball in the lowered nets (for the younger kids) He got pretty close one time and actually grabbed the rim and hung on.
Until he finally let go and fell,
to the floor
on his arm
So, we spent the evening at the Urgent Care and he ended up with this
The doc didn't see any fractures, but of course, he referred us to an orthopedic due to growth plate concerns.
Do you remember this post from the day after we got home? Where I said
"Either he will end up in the ER or I will with a heart attack"
I guess I was right.

Ugh. So sorry you had to spend your night like that. I'm with you, though. I'm not surprised. lol Hope he recovers just fine.
Oh, no! Sorry for this happened!!! I'm sure you needed some more dr. appointments to attend (not)! Prayers all turns OK and healing it quick and easy.
