A Game of Vacuum Chase

Most toddlers are afraid of loud noises and especially those adopted from China as they aren't typically used to airplanes overhead, Western toilets flushing, or vacuums. Well, none of these bother HJ and right now, she is engaged in a rolicking game of Vacuum Chase with her brothers and sisters. Dad is manning the vacuum and "chasing" the kids with it. They are all running and screaming and having a grand ol' time!

Inter-country adoption has decreased 59 percent from its high in 2004, due primarily to restrictions by sending countries.
