I'm trying to be thankful today, but it's hard. Today is another one of those hard days of waiting. It has been 17 days since our dossier winged it's way to China. According to the averages, our LID (Log-In-Date) should be around 9/1, but I haven't heard a thing yet. All of the other timeframes are based off of this next date, so I am anxiously awaiting that piece of information. It is SO hard to wait sometimes with NO information. What we have on DJ is now over TWO years OLD!!! I so want to see new pictures and get new info on him. However, it will probably be at least two more months before we have a chance of getting anything new. We are trying to let him know that we are coming - a cyber-friend (the red-thread story for this one will come later) took a letter to DJ for us this week. I still don't know for sure if it was delivered to him or just to the SWI staff. Oh, well, I learned (or did I?) during HJ's adoption, that all things happen in God's timing.

I am sure it is probably already logged in. We didn't find out until a MONTH after our LID b/c of a computer glitch at our agency. I was so mad. You may remember a post I wrote (I later deleted it), but I was so mad.
I hope yours is logged in too and you just don't know it yet.
