Re-arranging Furniture

We have a four bedroom house.  With nine people going to be living here soon, we had to do some re-arranging.  The boys' bedroom just wasn't big enough for four boys, so we gave the boys our Master Bedroom.  It is big enough to put all four bunks up against one wall.
And our bedroom furniture has been moved into the boys' old room.  It's very cozy in there!  CP said the first night that he was so close to the wall, he felt like he was sleeping in a hotel.

But I"m not sure I'm ready to give up the Master Bathroom Shower.  We'll just have to wait and see on that one.

I admire your choices! Sounds like this is where the rubber meets the road... in the choice of bedrooms. Thank you for sharing!

That looks really good! When we came home with our three boys, we had two sets of bunk beds in our bio's. old room. He moved his room to the unfinished basement (but of course he is much older than your bios). (I have pictures on our blog - way back at the beginning, showing their room).

Cannot wait to read more of your journey to your new sons! God is so great!

You make me laugh. I've often thought if we brought in one more big girl, we could give up our master and let the three big girls have our room. I don't care so much about having a much smaller bedroom for Greg and I...but I SURE am hating the idea of giving up our master bath given it's the only non-kid room in a house that resolves around kid stuff!!

Love those bunk beds!! And you are definitely thinking of everything with moving the boys into the master! Not sure I'd wanna give up our tiny master bath...for this old momma at night! ;) the other bathroom is much bigger, but it's handy to have one in your own room. LOL!
