On Friday, I was leaving for work and AT came running up to me to give me a hug. He said something funny (though I can't remember what now) as he ran to me. After his hug, he walked back to his seat. He had to pass GW to get to his seat and as he did, GW repeated what AT had said - and then give him a HUG!!!
This was the first hug that GW initiated!!! He has responded with hugs, but this was the first time he initiated one.
Then, tonight, GW, SG, HJ and I went for a bike ride. When we got home, GW came up to me and said "Ma" and showed me his arm. He had a big swollen mosquito bite. I'm not thrilled about the bite, but HE came to ME!!! Before when he fell and scraped his knee (and ripped his pants) he didn't tell me; AT had to come tell me. Of course, I went and found some bug bite medicine, put it on his arm and then gave him a kiss on the forehead to make it feel better!

Both of my daughters from China reacted with knots from mosquito bites until they had been home a while and their system was used to mosquitoes. YAHOO for him coming to YOU!
