They finally got their funding. But, not without more problems. On Friday, the buyers agreed to do a "dry closing" where they sign all the papers but the money shows up later. They scheduled the signing at 5:30pm on Friday.
They did NOT show up until 6:30pm!!!!!! On a FRIDAY!!!!! With a hurricane off the coast!!!!!!
Then, apparently, there were problems with the paperwork and the title company had to go in on Saturday to straighten it out.
They said they were going to move in on Saturday. They were told that they were not allowed on the property until after the money came through. They still showed up on Saturday with their realtor. We called our realtor and told her. She said that they were walking a fine line since the realtor was with them.
I have NEVER had so many problems trying to sell a house. God has definately been testing me through this effort. I'm not sure I have done well. I have tried to be patient and trusting - and at times I have. But there are times where I know I did not trust God like I should.
I'm just glad that this chapter in our life is over.

I'm so sorry to hear this. :( I'm glad this chapter is over. I can't wait to start the chapter when we're down the street from ya! ;)
