The buyer finally came back and agreed to the list of items we offered to repair (not everything, but most). We have a tentative closing date of next Friday! Yes, I can't believe we actually have a date.
I'm not holding my breath until the check clears the bank though. Please keep praying.
We have promised the kids that we will eat out to celebrate.
With four teen/pre-teen boys, it will have to be a buffet or there won't be any money left after paying for our meal! :-)
