The Sixth Day of Giving - The Turner's

Today is Day 6 of the 24 Days of Giving - we're just getting started, but I've been so excited to read about each of these precious lives that will be brought home to a loving family.  If you don't know what The 24 Days of Giving is all about, you can read about it here.

Today's Family is The Turner's

Hi, my name is Jessica Turner, my husband Chris and I are adopting from Ethiopia. We are hoping for two children, age five or under. We have completed our home study and are working on the dossier. Most of the dossier is complete, it's just the money that goes with it. So far we have raised most of the money ourselves with the help of a Pampered Chef fundraiser show and straight donations from some friends and family. Chris is in the Army and is due to deploy in 2011. We know that God is leading us to this adoption and we will not let anything but Him stop us. We are excited to start a family and finally share the love we have in our hearts with our own children. Merry Christmas and God Bless.
