Today's post is a little different. This family is in the middle of an adoption, but rather than fundraising for their own expenses, they are fundraising for the foster care home in which their newest child resides. So, without further adieu -
Here is the story of River of Grace
We are adopting from China again! We have 3 bio sons. (13,12,10) A 4 year old daughter, Lena, who came home from China in 2009 and we are set to travel in Jan/Feb 2010 for Ava Mei (3.5).
We also started out in faith and we are doing a con-currenet adoption for a special focus child...she is 7 years old with moderate CP.
But God has met all our adoptions expenses! HUGE STORY! But we have friends in China who run a foster care program for the orphans. Our third daughter is presently there!!And we decided to help raise some much needed funds for them to help with the cost of surgeries and therapy. We are hoping to take them a nice sized check when we travel!!!
