I sent our almost-final homestudy to our agency yesterday for their review. I was hoping that this would speed up the time from receiving the FINAL homestudy until it could actually be sent to CIS. Well, to my AMAZEMENT, I got our reviewed homestudy back LAST NIGHT!!!!!

Inter-country adoption has decreased 59 percent from its high in 2004, due primarily to restrictions by sending countries.
